Assessments
Our team is able to complete assessments including psychometric testing for ADHD, autism and cognitive functioning.

Through our assessments, we aim to identify individuals’ strengths, challenges, and specific needs, enabling us to develop personalised intervention plans to promote their emotional, social, and physical well-being. We work closely with families, schools, and other professionals, ensuring a collaborative and integrative approach to care that leads to the best possible outcomes.
Psychological Therapies
Working with individuals and families, our psychologists provide therapy and intervention programs across several different modalities to help manage a wide range of issues such as:
- depression
- anxiety

Staff are trained in interventions such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Trauma focused-Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) , Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness.
In addition to more individually focused therapies, we also provide Interplay Therapy, which incorporates play into the therapy session to strengthen the relationship between parents and children.

Occupational Therapists (OTs) are dedicated to helping individuals develop essential skills for daily life. This can include motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, social interactions, and cognitive processing, utilising a wide range of techniques and strategies to maximise their potential. Behaviour Support Plans
The considerable expertise in assessing, understanding, and responding to behaviours has been a core part of the work of our team for many years. The team has been developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans for children in Out Of Home Care since 2019. More recently, the team is moving to also being able to develop and deliver NDIS behaviour support plans.
Complex Case Consultation
Our Team are well accustomed to providing consultative input for complex matters, especially in the community services domain. The value of this consultation is to add an independent, clinically orientated, and trauma informed perspective to matters which others are already invested. This consultation can help contribute to formulating an understanding, and assist in planning strategies and supports to help staff, families or organisations as a whole.
