We are proud to announce that we are now an approved and accredited provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This significant milestone allows us to extend our comprehensive support services to individuals with disabilities, ensuring they receive the highest quality care and support.
With decades of experience in delivering community services, Veritas House is uniquely positioned to offer a range of supports under the NDIS. Our skilled team is dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. Being a registered NDIS provider gives participants an assurance that they will be supported by Veritas House in a way that upholds their safety, wellbeing, dignity and rights to choice and control.

Our NDIS services team is now accepting referrals and enquiries for the following services:
Community Access
Helping people with disabilities get out, get involved, and stay connected.
Learn new skills which help you build your independence. From finding or keeping employment, financial management, cooking and sports to community classes and social outings, we support participants to build confidence, skills, and friendships—increasing access to community life and helping create opportunities.
In-Home Supports
We provide personalised Assistance with Daily Life to support people with disabilities to live as independently as possible in their own home.
This includes help with personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, attending appointments, and daily routines.
All In-Home supports are tailored to the individuals goals and needs.
After School Care
Our After School Care offers a safe, supportive and fun space for children with disabilities to learn and make friends.
Our programs are tailored to each child’s support needs and NDIS goals and provided by experienced disability support workers. Structured activities that are fun and engaging are aimed to support social skill development, independence and increase individual capacity.
We support children while giving families time to work or recharge.
Vacation Care (Ages 6-17)
School holidays should be fun for everyone! Our Vacation Care programs help children with disabilities enjoy inclusive, social activities in a supportive environment. Fun, safe & engaging holiday programs where children can build friendships and confidence along the way.
Short Term Respite (STR)
Our Short Term Respite provides people with disabilities accommodation and support with everyday living in a safe and comfortable home environment.
When carers need a break or are unavailable It helps prevent carer burnout while giving participants the opportunity to build independence in a new setting.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Now taking Expressions of Interest (EOI)
Supported Independent Living helps people living with a disability to live more independently by offering support with daily routines and life skills such as cooking, personal care, and household management.
Both independent and shared accommodation settings to build life skills, increase autonomy and improve quality of life. Support provided in a person centered approach by experienced disability support workers, empowering you to live more confidently and independently.
Our fees are set in accordance with the NDIS pricing arrangements and price limits (2025-26).
