Continuing to provide youth homelessness, foster care and family services throughout the pandemic has been tough on our staff and carers, but it has been most challenging for the young people we support in Orange and Bathurst who are experiencing or who are at risk of homelessness and trying to access housing so they can live independently. The covid crisis has also impacted our planned fundraising initiatives aimed at helping these clients secure and establish properties, so Greater Banks’ donation couldn’t come at a better time.
