We value feedback and complaints and use them to improve our services
Feedback and complaints help us to celebrate what we are doing well and identify the opportunities for improvement. We are committed to providing the best possible service to children, young people and families and your input helps to inform this process.
Anyone has the right to provide feedback or make a complaint, including clients, a family member, carer/guardian, another organisation or member of the public.
Please be assured that making a complaint will not disadvantage you in any way. Veritas House welcomes feedback and has procedures in place to deal with your complaint professionally. Please review the Veritas House Complaints Policy for further information, including details on lodging a complaint with an independent third party.
To provide feedback or a complaint directly to Veritas House, simply complete the form below to submit online; or view the Feedback and Complaints form which you can print and send via email or post. Alternatively, you can contact a Veritas House staff member or ask to speak to a manager by calling 1300 01 1973.
Thank you for taking the time to make contact with Veritas.
