The Resourceful Adolescent Program (RAP-A) is a free 3 session program designed for adolescents between the ages of 11 and 16 years old.
Participants learn strategies to help build resilience and a variety of new skills through fun activities in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The Resourceful Adolescent Program (RAP) helps participants identify their personal strengths, manage stress and conflict and to identify and reframe negative thoughts and unhelpful self-talk. Adolescents who have effective coping strategies may be better equipped to deal with anxiety, depression and stress as they move through the teenage years.
